I'm a finance professional who builds. I use AI and code to efficiently produce reporting, forecasting and analysis - turning spreadsheets that take days into tools that run in seconds.
A bit about me
I'm an ICAS Chartered Accountant and First-Class Economics Graduate who started out in Big 4 Assurance at EY before moving into FP&A. Today I lead Group FP&A at a £12.6bn AUM wealth manager - owning budgets, building the long-range model and business-partnering with department heads across three divisions to turn numbers into actionable commercial decisions.
What sets me apart is how I work: I bring traditional financial rigour together with coding, data analysis and AI-driven automation - implementing Datarails, scripting away manual reporting and using tools like Claude to get to answers faster. My view is simple: AI and automation should free finance teams from the grunt work so they can spend their time on strategy and genuinely useful commercial advice.
Outside of work I'm usually training for my next running challenge or travelling - I've backpacked across Central & South America, Australia and New Zealand. I like following where AI and Bitcoin are heading and supporting Chelsea through thick and thin.
